Happy March Friends of Plants!

The weather is slowly getting warmer and the vital energy of life is starting to move, both inside ourselves and in the nature that surrounds us.

I am looking forward to getting a bit more out into nature and continuing my work teaching others about the value of wild plants. If there are particular areas you are interested in learning about feel free to send me a message. I would love to hear more about what you love.

At the end of March I am excited to heading down south to Atlanta, Georgia where I will be visiting the brilliant Lorna Mauney-Brodek, founder of the Herb Bus. I am hoping to be able to start working with providing some free/low cost herbal medicine to those in need.

With love,

Latifa
